Engagements are structured around the specific needs of each situation and may take the form of a retained advisory relationship, a defined project, or participation as a strategic resource to a leadership team or board. There are no standard packages or published rates. Engagements are discussed and structured individually. Initial conversations are by introduction or direct inquiry.
